Im with you on this one. We just lost the Georgians, one of the great teams of our league. It would surely be a benefit to PM. Better competition will encourage teams to stay.

If nothing done, the game outside of Europe will dead soon. I dont think even the Europeans want to play in a game where only about 15 countries participate in International tournaments.

Back to what's been asked a few times.

Consolidating countries leagues yes would add competition to leagues, but they should change PPM to keep your national team and National Cup, even if league consolidated. A win-win for everyone if that happens - might be a bit of work but put your customers first.

Really at an absolute minimum you can have a NT with 5-6 decent teams in your country... Just saying.

Your point is well taken. Im all for it as long as PM does something. In the Asian league, my only motivation now is the Champion's League. Theres very little to keep the rest of the teams in the league motivated.

At this point Im even willing to consider PM starting soccer from scratch. They have added so many great ideas in basketball. A revised version of soccer would not get any complaints here. I think a restart is the only way there going to get people outside of Europe back in the game.

I don't think a restart is necessary, but we do need to encourage teams from smaller nations. I think the best way to do this is regrouping the countries with less than 20 active teams into the continental leagues (i.e. Asia, Europe). At the same time all countries with more than 5 active teams should have national teams. This will make it a much more interesting game for smaller nations but to stop them getting too much advantage the less important national games (e.g. qualifying, or lower divisions) should only give very little experience.

Take my position. There are only 3 good teams in the Europe leagues, so most league matches are boring and ChL or CwC are the main competition. No national team. All this means a lot of times in the season where nothing is happening.

It would be nice, if you could choose days for sending challenges without page reloading (like in draft when choosing players to scout next day). So without page reload/refresh after choosing a day and clicking what type of friendly do you want.

When you have to send some 30 to 90 challenges it gets annoying.

Divide CF in-game ratings by at least 2. It is absurd that they are over 100 when other players rarely break 60.

I think what your suggesting is simply way too small to work. As I pointed in the very early seasons in this game, small countries were losing faith in PM with the draconian cuts to their teams budgets.

These teams had decent budgets in the continental leagues, but were cut off at the knees when they became independent countries. The result has been sadly predictable. A slow but steady death of the international scene.

I agree with PM that new counties have budgets as large counties is not realistic, but PM has brought in several things to soccer that are not realistic. Allowing unworkable formations and the "seasonal energy" concept to name a couple.

The bottom line is fans are the same all around the world. No one is interested in building a second tier team. Everyone wants to build a champion. A new league with more equal budgets around the world is the only way to go.

Can you explain what you mean by 'way too small to work'?
The rest of your post seems to support what i'm saying. Continental teams would be competing at a better level and getting bigger budgets, making the game fairer compared to the larger countries.

The problem now of building up the continental leagues is its way too late. Even with larger budgets, most clubs would be several seasons behind in development. You can already see this in the Asian league. Not to toot my own horn, but team after team has been dropping out realizing they probably will never catch me. There are some very good managers in Asia, but Im just too far ahead to catch.

In other continental leagues there are also dominant clubs like mine that will never be caught by upstart clubs. What is already happening here in the present continental leagues shows it just too late for your idea to work.

I think there are two different problems.
1. Imbalance between small and large nations, No interest, No NT.
2. Imbalance between old and new teams.
What I was suggesting was to prevent 1, but i acknowledge that it wont fix 2.

Agreed. Your idea would have worked if they implemented it several seasons ago. Its just too late now. The gaps between clubs now is just too great.
