From Argentina referred to propose a change with relegation (and speculation declines that occur with respect to this point).

I agree with Ramon Diaz.
I think the relegation/promotion system could be better when it would be simply random.

The managers could not speculate with his position to relegate in a weaker league.
The random could resolve in long term the problem that the divisions at the same level could be now much different strength. (The lower number divisons at the same level are mostly stronger than the highers).

interesting idea,they can organize some kind of draw for promotion/relegation matches,for instance in one pot teams 15,16,17,18 from higher league and in second pot teams 2 from lower league,in that way it would be impossible to know in which league you're going before draw,same can be done for direct promotion/relegation,that might solve the problem that the lower "numbers" are often much stronger than "higher" number leagues

Surely I'm not the first to think about it but listen to my idea:
putting a personal advice to the manager when a certain player (in the list of followed) come back on the transfer market. It would be useful especially when after the first time you weren't able to buy him...

I recommended something similar awhile ago. Not sure the ball was ever put in motion.

I suggest diferent drop on energy depending on player position. Offensive WD and WM should drop more than others and keepers should drop less offcourse. Also motivation should take part in game. Younger players are much more motivated to play. Older players should have higher salaries and higher tendency to injuries. Also substitutes should enter game with their energy not with the one they substitute.

I vote yes for GK energy and no for other things.
GK should spend his energy slower than others.
But I honestly hope that motivation, form and other similar things will never be introduced in this game. I like it this way, simple and easy, not too much things to consider when selecting lineup.
For me personally, introducing motivation, form or whatever other similar value would be a big turn off.

I dont see motivation as atribute shown with numbers, but as a meen to narrow the gap with top teams. It should be implemented in the engine like a hidden atribute. Why should I sell a top prospect if he has better results than an older 1 with better atributes. We see 18 year olds play better than 30 one in real life. If I was Izzax now I should set 4-4-2 on normal and win 90% for 5 seasons withot logging 1 day.

totally agree! I hope this game never change in that aspect.
I've been in other games that handle many things that entangle
this game is easy and practical ... I like that.

Speed ​​is the biggest problem, 30 year olds players are(or will be) one or more times faster than 18 year olds players.

One seemly good idea that has backfired has been to grant separate country status to some of the promising young countries in Asia. While its seemed a good idea at first, the result has been that countries like Japan Azerbaijan and Indonesia have been left with incredibly weak and boring first divisions.

The fact is no one likes to play in a division where half the clubs are "team noname" However even more importantly the great clubs in these weak countries have lost boat loads of sponsorship money just from being out of a strong league like Asia. This is a real shame.

The fact is I think everyone would love these clubs back in the Asian league. We truly miss the leadership and competition of the big clubs that left. We want the smaller clubs to to bring Asia depth.

Perhaps one day the smaller nations can survive on there own. However, a much higher standard should be set before granting this status.

Regarding substitutions:

I would like to see an after match report showing me that the subs I actually changed, went onto the pitch.

All I have now is faith that I created the substitutions correctly!

The most important missing thing in substitutions is still missing: Setting up a time range for the substitution...
