you will eventually catch me. Its inevitable - the OTR of teams wont keep increasing at the rate it has been and will stop altogether for the top teams in a couple of seasons. Thats when the gap will close again. Unfortunately will we be around to see it?
That is what PPM said 3 seasons back, but I am yet to see ANY slow down at all, so i'm afraid i don't believe that will happen as they say.
And anyway, which it "may" slow down in a few seasons, how many are going to piss off and stop playing out off frustration before that time?

completely agree that it has taken and will still take too long for that gap to close. i dont think many will make it past 600OTR. Once that happens the 30% decrease wipes out 180OTR at the end of each season and means you need to win upwards of 85% of games each season just to stay even.
i really wish i had the time and some others who were interested in making a sim that is based on a salary cap so its roughly even each season and doesnt really matter if you have played since the beginning or not.

all they needed to do is keep sponsorship money fairly even amongst the teams and have higher prize money, have higher money for skyboxes, more money for ticket sales, money for tournaments, atleast then you have to spend money to make money, and your not just given large amounts for getting a head start.. salary cap sound nice.. it could bring in a few more managers because one of the reasons people dont join is because they start so far behind and they dont want to play against their friends if they are always getting pumped..

i thought that this season they were changing it so there was less chance and more based on skills. However, i dont see it, im winning less now than i was before and my offence and technique would be way higher than most of the teams ive played so far.
