question: when they announced the change to salaries,i thought they said it was defensemen who would be getting triple their salaries. how come my forwards are now getting triple, too?
You know I just re-read it, and while it does talk about defenseman specifically being calculated wrong, it doesn't specify that only defensemen will go up.

Triple... you're lucky. I've had a number of guys increase six-fold in salary. My 8th or 9th best d-man went from 640 to 3800. My goalie went from 1000 to 6000. I also had a staff member go from 2200 to 10000. Salaries make me sad.
hmmm...i foresee a lot of impending bankruptcies...especially among newer teams fighting to grow...like mine...
I know its scary that I am able to decipher this, but I think he's saying he created a custom rink design. He's then asking that if he buys another one, say a national design, then later can he switch back to his current custom without having to pay again.
i'm impressed. you could be a translator around here. 
whenever i use the free translator I always run it back through to see what it actually translated as.

I really don't think there will be bankruptcies because of the increased salaries. For beginning teams, like mine, it just means that I can't improve my facilities or stadium every week. Instead we learn the important lesson of how to save up for that.

Not sure what the 9 you state is but you have 28 players selected already for the NT and that is the maximum you can select at any one time.

One of my transfers has been marked as suspicious, what does this mean?
It just means someone thinks you're cheating (or the seller is anyway) normally by having 2 teams and selling between them at inflated rates. Can't see anything wrong with yours so nothing to worry about. Very pricey, but looks OK.
