Thanks, Scott. That's just about where I am at...and where I hoped I should be.
I just received a new deal from General Sponsor which says:
Weekly donations 5 000 000
My previous one was
Weekly donations 4 000 000
Each win 900 000
Question... is the top one means that I still will get 900 000 for each win and +1 000 000 to weekly donations or "win" part doesn't count if nothing written about it?

You will not receive bonus for wins if you accept it. Are you forced to accept it?
No, I'm not. Just wasn't clear about how it works.
I think it has to do with me firing my Manager in the beginning of the season, that's why they offer worst conditions that I used to have.

Did you receive a message that you will get a new sponsor offer?
Do the accessories stay if you are just increasing the number of seats but using the same kind of stand for the arena?
Yep. If you're just adding seats, then the accessories stay.
no, your current staff and facilities have nothing to do with this new offer. it's calculated from your current sponsor and lowered just a little bit on purpose.
The draft form as we know it today is the worst idea you guys have come up so far.
Having draft every second week is not realistic at all, besides one cannot draft the entire list of players, which is also not realistic.
How can I influence my team, when I draft all B's ( or C's) s that turn out useless when they arrive in SA? I know, I can search hidden gems (42 among 112) :S
Shouldn't draft be held once a season, determined by last season's result? And we have whole season to scout candidates?
I know I'm spitting in the ocean here, and you have already decided how youth sistem will work... but how exactly is draft fun?

I Agree 100%, once or twice per season is enough and if you're not in top 5 it is almost meaningless to even scout players
In Russia managers also don't like that there are so many drafts, 4 was enough.
However I was 8 today but I got the only A+ in my league

well people thing wrong about draft thats reason why theres frustration. its just another way how to get players for your team. i bet there would be more fustration if draft would be held once in season with only ~5 future star players.
I don't like it much either. It's just too much work for the payoff and not at all realistic; which is what a sim should strive to be. It's somewhat of a Rube Goldberg approach.
I guess if you've got the dough to scout all the players it wouldn't seem as futile but, I'm already putting almost $100 a year into this game. [happily, i'd like to add] I'm not paying more to scout ALL the players.
Another issue, for just a minority of us I'm sure, is that because of work I will almost never get to actually participate directly in any of the drafts. Which would be the 'fun' part. I would compare it to the disappointment of having to auto-draft for a fantasy team.
I'd really be curious to see the results of a poll asking who thinks having the drafts this often is adding enjoyment to the game.
