Ikke backer men men..

Som noen sikkert ser på lagene sine så er det tatt ut noen backer som ligger litt etter opp til U20 laget. Dette er fordi det er skader å ikke finnes noe annet alt.

Ser etter en res keeper, tar imot nesten alt da U20 trenger en res.

Hej Norway!
As a new manager in U20 I want make an introduction here. We haven't defensemen as you probably know. So at first I want ask you for help with this problem. Actually I'm looking for RDs. If you have some talents please train them and use them in friendly games. You can also sent me a message about these talents and I will check them and try prepare for U20.We have some good forwards, which is great. However the squad is very narrow, so if you known about some addition, let me know please. I've scouted players from last U18 but maybe you have some interesting player.
I will write personal messages to managers who have players in NT very soon.

Best of luck. I was in charge of U18 the last two seasons, and we did not have a lot of good players. We have had a few good goalies and fairly good centers, but defenders and wingers are hard to find. It is not easy when most of the players for U18 and U20 come out of the sports academy of only 5-7 clubs.

I know about the narrow academy bases. Pity is also a number of players who are sold into the teams in IV. leagues with low training grounds.

But still, in the Norway I.1 are great clubs. If we let their young players in teams with high TG, then we can built strong team.
I've watched your job for U18 last season. Nice work!

I'm proud to show you my new assistant. It's Pitránsi and together we will do our best for Norwegian U20. We have played first game yesterday, as well. The result isn't important yet, however I've started to interplaying new tactics. We had also a lot of new names in our lineup. Till the WC we will have 3 well interplayed tactic and 5 useful formations (only 11 defensemen) I also plan use 3 goalkeepers.
I wrote a message to all of managers who have boys in NT, and I will stay in contact with them.
If you have some questions for my or my assistant you can ask us here or in PM.

Please read this message closely!
Our junior nat. teams have a troubles
after Sarpsborg Sharks ends... 11 junior national players are on market!
So, please don't let them go to the team with low facilities! If you have good training facilities please try to buy this guys and keep in their development. If we lost this boys in small clubs, than the nat. teams will have a problem in next seasons...
Thanks everybody who will hire boys from our nat. teams!
Especially before the WC is important to keep our players in good progress.

And one hybrid - Hoseth

Actually I preparing our rooster. Anew I cooperate with a new assistant - Blamage. It's also U18 manager, so you can expect tight cooperation among both categories. As in last season I will send a message with your players in the nat. squad, after we built ideal lineup. You can expect these message till the end of this week.
Hope we improve a result from the last WC.

Hej alla!
Last WC is over, we had the best result since season 34- we finished 6th. First two games we were a little bit unlucky - in both we had more shoots however we've lost these two. We've defeated Estonia and our rival - Denmark. Last two matches we've given a chance to our 19Y players. In both caught our goalkeeper nr.3. Despite this fact we made not terrible results. Moreover we've also prepared the basic skelet of our team for upcoming season. I hope we will see also in new season because me and my assistant have prepared the team for 39 season as good as we can so we are hoping for better result than last time.

Hello folks,
We successfully arrived to place of WC. Together with my assistant we took all 28 players we could. So, we have 3 GK, 10 Def., and 15 forwards. Today we had first training on Estonian ice, which joined 27 boys, without Hotvedt. Captain will be, after election in dressroom, Sætermo. Tomorrow we will star against Denmark and we do all we can for a good start!
