3-4 times you raised your voice over Izzax's success, and I remember it because it's not so often to see successful manager complaining about success of another. Nobody pulled your sleeve for help, nobody sent a.cryiing voice from II4, there was just a table of top 10 in OTR which caught your attention.
Anyone who could complain are we from Serbia. We didn't find it as problematic behaviour especially because we could talk to him, and if there was a manger who would like to go up in I - Izzax would let him do that.
1) Izzax is always second or third in his group, so that means you have chance to tank as much as you want now, being first. You were always on top, you couldn't look so comfortable if you were in some tougher league.
2)I would love that too, but we all know it's never gonna happen. I've stated 3 seasons ago that I would love to be transfered into your league in order to win some title and become stronger. It was clear that clubs from that kind of leagues have the upper hand in market and in clashes against teams from tougher leagues.
3) you are in better position because you can't promote further - nobody will question your acts. It's not about who is coming up or down, it's about conditions. I can as well say that you won't let others win that league, couldn't I ? You got so much OTR and strength there, that even if some young perspective club shows, you won't let him go far in your first PO clash.
Should I cry in global forum how you are doing unfair things to your I league companions ?
And you can spend your energy as much as you want in PO. I must watch every single of 38 matches in my league, and in PO also. And it's not strange when I fail to qualify for international competition, because there are more than 10 clubs who deserve it. And we know how much internationals bring OTR.

Dude, I don't know how much Izzax is paying you, but he's a big boy and can defend himself. You don't need to keep fighting his battles.

All we are saying is, if he wants to not promote, while we might not agree with his decision, he could at least let the people who do want to advance do so. Losing in the final and then losing in the promotion game denies another team that right.

This isn't a personal crusade against Izzax, i've also seen another American manager mentioned in this thread as well, it's a commentary on the process, not on the managers doing it.

He has earned my trust by helping us to understand this game when devs aren't available, or to share what they don't wanna share. Losing him would be a massive blow for many communities here. I can see that, I'm not blind.
I'm sorry to see that some of you have different perception.
Also I'm sorry that I seem to speak to rock or to a tree. I've already told that there are 2 things that push me to speak - dealing with some issue using oppression, and another - that action was provoked by a manager who is doing almost same thing.

So winning (ie the object of the game) and not letting other teams get OTR is the same thing as losing on purpose and keeping teams from promoting? I fail to see your logic

Regardless, i don't think anyone thinks that he should be gone, we're just saying we disagree with what he's doing. huge difference. So, how about you calm down and realize we aren't trying to get him thrown out of the game and just discussing, that is the point of this thread right, chit chat?

The system isn't fair to all. I guess you failed to see my point there.

I would be happy to see leagues more equal in strength.

I had tough decision - either to try getting into semifinal and probably loose there, loose in CWC also, or to try win CWC since I have far less games there. And play internationals by winning. So, I've put players in camp in last cwc week.

When you start reading carefully and comprehend what I wrote, than we can have some chit chat. If you ask me to repeat myself, just find someone else for conversation.

Seems like everybody needs to stop taking things personally and look at the situation, not the people involved in it.

I agree - the system isnt fair and i would like PPM to work towards making it more equal for everyone. Especially, those who have started later.

I would love to see a salary cap or something that means that every team in the league has the same chance each season to win. Then it would be very much a manager game - rather than just a who did better early on game.

It's much better when you put it like that.

A cap on sponsor money and OTR per division would be a HUGE help, and would heavily encourage people to promote.

This is all the stuff I said two years ago about the early team inequality and how it would never pan out and I was called crazy!!!
