More stats for goalie... it's clearly a soccer game ported to hockey, so better stats for players. Include hits in the game and why not even make your own arena with ice size and all? People would be able to make huge ice rink, but energy would be affected and so on.
Better standing/upgrade.
Make it so that only the best team in each Tier can move up division. So teams in Division-1-1 are clearly the best. Division 1-2 not quite but near etc. etc. Relegate the worst one by 1 tier.

We already have promotion/relegation. Not trying to bash what you're saying or give a rude welcome but spend a few weeks in the game. After a couple season's you'll get a feel for it.
There are more starts then you see. If you buy PRO Pack you get to see way more stats then if you don't. Most of your suggestions are already in place you just haven't been exposed to them yet since you're on day 1.

No no you weren't at all. There is lots to the game that you don't see immediately. Have you read the guide?
in the fhl and sths hockey sims thats how it works, it only makes sense for it to happen here too.
I would like to have the option to denounce cheaters (transfer of 2M for a 120OR player) before the transfer is complete, when it is easier to search.
You can mark transfers as suspicious after they are completed and can report them to the devs via email or PPM PM at any time. They are very good about catching it.

Can we have an auto-bid feature on the market? I'd like to be able to be productive at work, but I don't want to sacrifice the possibility of adding that player I just have to have.

Am I the only one who would like to be able to have a seperate table for each position (goalie, defense, winger, center).

Yeah, but needing to update that every few days would be annoying.
It shouldn't be hard to code a page that has players sorted by position with sortable stat columns.
