obviously you missed my "in fairness" reply. And it actually was sort of meant tongue-in-cheek, generalizing them as the canucks fans often are.

Milan Lucic's grandparents had popcorn thrown at them in Van.....not cool, you just don't f with old people.

And after the Bertuzzi incident the Avs fans in Vancouver had things thrown at them, fights broke out in the stands and the ice was littered with garbage.

Beer and items were also thrown at Peter Worrell, and I'm sure some racist slurs were shouted by the fans too.

its funny to me thats its ok for you to generalize canucks fans regularly, but when I do the same to Boston fans to push this point, you jump all over it.

in an even worse twist here in Van, The church that Lucic's family often attends here, was spray painted up with all kinds of Lucic hate right after the cup. F-CK LUCIC and stuff sprayed all over. Now I'm not a religious man (even though I'm ordained, hahaha), but thats just something you don't do.

It's too bad too, because it was nice to see the good reaction he got from the crowd when he hoisted the cup

You start off by saying you're sure it isn't reflective of their fanbase, but end with "They likes their racism." Which is contradictory of your initial statement.

i mean the city of boston when I say that, not the fan base, and if you don't know that the city of boston has a history of racism, well then you don't know your history.

There is even a history of it in sports there too though. Celtics hall of famer Bill Russell once called Boston "a flea market of racism" and even once had people break into his home just to shit on his bed.

Here is a direct quote from a Boston fan:

again, not a generalization, it just happens to be more prevalent there then a lot of places. (though i'm sure the south still wins hands down)
