Congrats on getting your spot assured! I still need one point which should not be a problem looking at my upcoming calendar.
It really is a tough league. The playoffs will be interesting again. At least, Fed, you won't be facing me in the first round again. Although looking at my possible opponents in that first round, I'd say my chances of winning that round seems rather slim.
Hmm, I have to disagree with you. Fat Tuesdays has proven to us this season that he relegated on purpose this season as his team was strong enough to have a much better showing in II.1 last season. I wonder if he'll go for the promotion this season or if he'll try to accumulate more OTR before heading up.
As for US-GB, his team has had the best players all season if you look at the OR. If you look at the team's strength though, they have never been even nearly as high as they should normally be with such great players. I'll try to scout some of his guys but to me they look like their training is extremely lopsided.
Then I apologize and congratulate you for your tremendous progress!
You came down to us with a team strength hitting the high 70s or low 80s at the beginning of the season which would have placed you between 3rd and 8th in II.1 at the time if I remember correctly.
It might have been a fluke or a change in the game engine but your team had easily enough strength to have remained in II.1. I was keeping a close eye on that league then since I had a friend in there and I remember you being completely out of energy early in the season which could have been the cause of your 18th place finish.
The team that promoted from II.1 to I.1 last season had 84 strength beginning this one. You were very close to it (6 at most). Even now, your strength would put you in 5th place in II.1.
So I don't know what you changed in the past season, but keep it up! And my apologies again for the slandering.
