Agreed on Canucks being the best team in Canada, but the Habs and Sens blow.

Habs went on a flukey run and might not make the playoffs next season. I watched them get outplayed night after night. They took a lot more points than they earned and now they've shouldered the load onto an inconsistent goalie. Would you really be shocked if the Leafs leapfrogged them?

Sens might be the worst team in Canada. Brilliant front office there letting Zdeno Chara walk and signing Redden to a huge contract and then accommodating Dany Heatley's demands and getting zilch in return. That is a team with a bleak future. Watch out for when Alffie calls it quits.

The only thing stopping the Sens from being the worst team in Canada is Sutter. Calgary is such a disaster. Thanks for Phaneuf, guys. Enjoy Jamaal Mayers, Niklas Hagman, Matt Stajan, and Ian White. We've got some more garbage for you if you want to dump Iginla.

Well for people who don't do enough research, some of those four guys were studs. When matched up to the rest of the leafs their numbers put them as the top crop of the team. But when your a piece of corn in a turd sandwich.... And i can't wait to see a whole season out of Phaneuf in the blue and white!

Far as I can tell, Kovalev is gone, yes. Spezza has skillz, but he is a little on the soft side and his confidence is at an all-time low. And as you said, teams with one guy don't go far.
