oh wow. I don't know if you plan on keeping him, but he would sell for a LOT of money right now. 99.9% easily over 100M$, probably even between 150 and 200M$.
And what would I do with 100M? Upgrade half a facility? I think I'm best keeping and playing A LOT. Problem is my coaches are crap. I should can half my roster and run with a core group of youngsters that means I only need 2 coaches and physios.
I don't know what you would do, there's facilities, your arena isn't complete, you could buy coaches LOL, I don't know, i'm just saying he would sell for a loooot right now since he's relatively high OR and it's still early in the season.
But yeah, you really should start by selling 15 of your players. It's just a HUGE waste of money for you right now.

Uhhh I have 20,000 capacity, lvl 15 TF and SA. Aside from coaches and physios, what am I missing that would "make me worthy" of such a player?
It's not a matter of being worthy or not of him, his development will be very good in your team.
I'm just saying he's also a good opportunity to permanently upgrade your income by giving you the money to build the stands and accessories in the arena or upgrade HR.
You have a lot of good options available, that's all.

Stands are maxed. Accessories aren't worth the investment unless you have money to burn. I get what you're saying but there's no way I can turn his ~100M into "permanent" income - it'd be a one-off and 100M over the 15 seasons I could use him for, is really not that much.
I do get 50M$ per season just from Souvenir Sale, so they're pretty good imo.
You're right there, I neglected them and do make good money from them in hockey and soccer. Noted.
Thanks for the dialogue by the way, always good to hear alternative views and suggestions

Canada..88
Poland..86
The U19 squad(65 OTS) pulled off an upset against favoured Poland(70 OTS) today to give their chances at qualifying this season a big boost. The Canadian team took advantage of the many fouls by Poland to cement the win.

U19 squad (OTS..66) needs a win over Latvia (OTS...72) to advance to the next round. Not going to be easy.
Tough loss to Latvia keeps us from qualifing. A sign of the times as we contnue to lose good teams in this country.
Suggestions then on how to become a "good team". There are many of us "other" teams that have had "issues" getting to the next step.
Imo, it all starts with maxing the arena and the academy, and then maxing the training facility. Once that's done it's just a matter of luck and time.
Lots of teams try to be too good too fast and eventually the players/staff salaries become too high and you can't make a profit anymore.
Aaaand with no profit, there's no more development.
