Asunto: Questions & Answers

This is a very old problem. I pointed it out to PPM in the very early years of the game as it was crushing the new startup clubs forming Asia. Most of the Pacific Rim countries now are almost dead.

As an old Marketing man, I never quite understood what they were doing here. The fact is the people in the lowest division are your most loyal and devoted managers. The idea of punishing them with lower budgets for something clearly out of their control, defies imagination. A negative reinforcement policy like this never works.

If PPM wants leagues to grow it has to show positive reinforcement. Reward the loyal who have stayed with them through thick and thin and give them strong budgets. In a world where people have unlimited choices for internet entertainment, this is just common sense marketing.

but hey, we got credits with 40% extra.
okay, this season it seems that tactics arent welcome, because the 4-4-2 normal/normal/normal is always lucks.
so tactics and game importance are not really helpful.
but i can use credits for bigger scoutinglists. to analyse a team is for nothing.

oh... i would like to analyse a national-team too in my function of the U20 Manager. Unfortunatly, this dont work. even not with extra-credits.

Im just looking down the prize money for second division Switzerland. This is great benchmark for a clubs overall finances. Egads! Forget everything else you wrote. You don't have any money. Same bit of tough luck there for my friends in Sweden.

You guys have as much chance competing with the big guys of the Czech Republic as I have of getting a date with Jennifer Lopez. Absolute 0. Now you know what happened to the clubs in the Pacific Rim.

Indeed, you might to check out the prize money in Division 1 Japan. Pity the poor soul, who try to start a new club now. Better to find an old Zero fighter plane and kamikaze into the South Pacific.

i have. because i watch on the staff salaries, player salaries and got a perfect stadion.

Ha! ha! No argument with your choice in women. In any case the irony of the whole situation is the biggest losers are going to be clubs of big nations like the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Anyone with an IQ of over 2 digits understands soccer is now unsustainable and in big trouble.

Supporters are heading out the door and taking their money with them. We just lost our number 2 team in Asia Al Wheedat last week. The once mighty Asia League now only has 4 competitive clubs.

To make one final point to PPM I would say, my role since the early seasons has only been to try to warn you of the consequences of such gross economic unbalance. I take no joy in this and am definitely not here to tell you I told you so. Just try to learn from the mistakes here and no repeat them in basketball. You built a wonderful game there. I hope it can stay that way.

I said always the same since some years.
but, possibly, they are not capable to change things of the game-engine.
switzerland have had 3 leagues. full. now at least about 100 teams left. you see the price money for league 2: a joke. wouldnt pay only one week of my teamcosts. far away from.

Do you think the prize money of the biggest leagues is any better than yours? Maybe its 10-20million more... so what? For a fully built club this prize money also does not cover a one week cost in salary and facilities. People need to know that your biggest income is sponsors and ticket income. Don't waste your money on training staff, buy staff. If you are a good manager you will have no money problems. If you do buy too much players with high wages or don't have the best staff or facilities you don't have a decent income. It's all toghether.

That's pretty ignorant to say that "if you are a good manager you will have no money problems."
Many good managers, some of the best in Sweden have money- problems.
That's not because they are bad managers, they have come top 3 in both CL and CwC several times. I don't know how many times you've been top three in those cups but I don't think it is that many times.

Why they have moneytroubles now is because their sponsors are 20-30 million less a week than the the best clubs in other countries. It's pretty much money when you have similar OTR and team strength. It's easier to have money for salaries and staff when you have 20-30 million more each week to pay it with

The bottom line to most of the comments here is that game is now too unbalanced between the haves and have nots. I dont theres answer here, other than ending this game and starting over from scratch. Hopefully PPM will give smaller countries decent budgets so they can participate properly and the game does get so blown out of proportion.
