When the maximum number of players can be send to the camp is 24, shouldn't be allowed to have 35 players without paying any penalty?

Those two things simply are not dependent on eachother. You are the manager, and you decide what is better for your team.
Same logic could make you ask: if 30 players is max number we can have without paying tax, than it should be allowed to sell all the excesive players above 30 without any tax

I think, it's normal to use the maximum numbers of players can be send to camp. And then it's not very logic to pay for players you need to play a game. Imho it should be possible to have 35 players without any tax..

Its normal to use max number of players to send in the camp? What makes that normal? Or even required? Nothing. YOu have an option to do it, you can do it during a week with no matches, you can do it despite that, you can choose what to do, you can have 35 players, you can buy some junk players only for those 7 days...doesant matter, you have a choice, and you as a manager will pick one that you think its best for your team.

Who said you MUST play friendlies during the penultimate week of the season? You dont have to, you can have 18 players in your team, and take all of them to a training camp.

Is there any possibility of canceling a training camp at a certain moment ?

I think cancelling a training camp is way more difficult than getting the nobel price - even arafat, obama and the EU got one

you have one error in your logic: it's called league cup. during it you have to have 11 players at least. there is no time during season at all for orginizing 2 camps this way. just one after last league game and that only if you aren't playing for promotion/relegation. some teams don't have even that chance. so i think beejay actualy has a point.
and only teams that don't play neither league cup neither promotion/relegation games are last 4 teams in league... and there aren't many of them.

Still, you can take only 6 day sof camp, instead of 7, than you will make it to the 1st game of league cup.

But my point is: you have choices, you are the manager, and you have choices, no one said there has to be some BEST choice, maybe there are just choices with more or less compromise.

You have to decide wat, when and how to do to make it best for your club.

If you want to use all possible players to go to the camp and still play games, you have to have more than 30 players. Its simple really. And its still a choice, because no one is pushing you to take max number of players to the camp, also no body is pushing you to play all the games, and certainly no body is pushing you to go to the camp for full 7 days. There is a choice, and you can choose to go to the camp for less days. Following his logic, someone might ask why is there no 2 full free weeks when we have possibility to go to camp 2 times for max 7 days?
Because its your job to do whats best from the choices you have.

If you have CwC Final or CL Final its really tough to send players to camp...

I understand all that, I really do.
But does any one understand me when I say that we are managers here, we decide if its better for our club to go to a camp, or stay and have best team for some matches, we can go to a camp during the season. Sure, we will be weaker for that time, but we CAN.

Whole point of the game is for us to makes plans, and decisions that will be, in our opinion, best for our club, and than see how good or bad we did.

As I said, there is also an option to go to the camp for less than 7 days. Actualy thre is an option NOT to go to the camp at all, or go twice, go during the early season, mid season, or late season, or after the league is over, compromise, make decisions based on importance of the games that are in front of you etc etc...

when did i say anything about full 7 days?
let's do little math:
of 22 teams 3 teams don't have any time to go to camp (2nd, 15th and 16th in league). 13 teams have only that 6 days between last league game and first league cup game. 2 teams have exactly 11 days free of games in a row (17th and 18th in league, you can check that too if you want). that leaves only 4(!) clubs that have full 14 days to organize both camps in full length. and since we are talking about last 4 teams in a league we all know that many of them are bots anyway...

As I said, I do understand your point, and Im not trying to convince you otherwise. What I am questioning is this: why does anyone think that if there is an option to go 2 times for 7 days to the camp, that MUST be used in full? It doesnat have to be used, at all.

Also as I said, it can be used during a season. It can be used at ANY time managers decides its good idea to go to a camp, or it doesant have to be used at all if managers decides that its better for his team to be in full strength during the complete season.
