But what decide player make pass not shoot?

In the past i shoot many golas after direct shoot, now i have problem becuse my players only pass. This is annoying.

Mayby you should train shooting.

Skills player A who is responsible for direct shoots are higher then skills player B who is responsible for pass.

Why my team make only pass not direct shot? I nothing change in setting my team. For me this is mystery.

I think the game engine decides wether the situation allows you to cross or shoot.
But from my experience I would also say that the rate of direct free kicks did drop. Not just for me but for my opponents too.
I guess they changed the engine at some point so that there are fewer direct shots. There have been far to many at the early stages of the game, compared to RL football.
Or the players got better so they don't concede that many dangerous free kicks in a short range anymore.

This is logic situation and very propable.

If They change important aspects of game, they should inform us.

I intend to draw attention to this aspect of the game in the near future. And we will se what happend.

Does anyone know how we should train our players, main skill 100% the others with high influence, medium and small influence x %?

I am training mine to a 4-3-2-1 type system, although some players have 3 major influence, so they're more like 4-3-3-1 etc

It varies on the type of influence they have.

I have also heard of some using 3-2-1.5-1

I could insert a couple of links about my recent matches, where I had total dominance on possession, scoring chances, home advantage, and the results are 0-0.
I have to say, that's nothing, guys, nothing. You dont have to plan a new kind of sport, U have to make football playable, cause thats no more then beta, or even worse...

Yes, your todays game says a lot- advantage in every part of field, still nothing. So far there's nothing else to say- I'm sure that guys are working on the game engine to improve things. It's not acceptable that it could stay this way- every day in forums people are trying to find out why these results, unfortunately there's no relevance so far.

People don't like soccer..people just like to win.

If you think a little bit you can find hundreds of real matches where one team dominates the game, shoots a lot and in the end.. they don't get the 3 points..

The only big differnce is that there is no such thing as random in real life football- if you make a shot on goal, it all depends on how you made the shot and how keeper jumped, not on randomly generated number, that way in real life there are million things that decide the match outcome, all depending on the teams on the field. If you involve random in this game, you must have strong arguments why is it there. It is unfair to a stronger team that matches are generated "closer to real life" just because in real life weaker teams sometimes win stronger ones.

Basically you are saying that there is no luck involved in real life soccer? Yeah, right...

I am getting pretty frustrated as well. Why can we not see the tactics used by the other side in the game review. In real life you would know as the game went on.
