Asunto: Senior Canadian Basketball National Team

I currently have scouted 44 16 year olds, and 22 15 year olds, and am more than willing to share that info with anyone who is interested in running the U17 team.

Nice. I am also willing to offer my scouting facilities and share results with other NT managers. Perhaps we could coordinate scouting so we will cover more playes that way. I remember in the early days of BB we were doing that and being able to scout playes from other countries NT team we are going to play against. Just saying...

I've posted four players for sale. If they don't fetch reasonable money and go to a worthy team I'll fold my team. No sense developing players if they just go off to hogwash teams to die. All guys played a tonne last year and have great Exp. All players were 5/6 last year.

We managed to drop only one spot in the world rankings from 11 to 12.

Top four teams advance to the playoffs. We should be one of them. the higher we finish in this round, the later we will meet the top teams in the playoff round.
All starters are now at 100% chemistry, and still have 95% energy or higher. For a country with the player supply problems we have been experiencing, we seem to be in really good shape this season.

Wow nice win on the first game, by only 1 point!

However it shows that the game is kinda stupid sometime lol. Ukraine is losing by 3 with 5 sec to go and they try a 2 pts shot.

Whew!! As I was watching the closing minutes of this game, I was worried I might have cut the starting five's playing time a little too much in an effort to save their enegy for more important games. You have no idea how relieved I was to see that 2 point attempt!!
Tough game against Slovakia(2) today.

Wow same thing happened again today!

We have managed to qualify for the round of sixteen.
We play against Turkey.
If we win, we will be playing the winner of Latvia vs Ukraine in an effort to make the final four.
Fingers crossed for luck.

We have made the final eight!!
Hard to believe given the recent difficulties experienced in this country's basketball programme.
A win against Latvia tomorrow would give us our best shot at a medal in several seasons as it would put us into the final four.

Sorry! Wrong tactics!
They played so many different tactics in the tournament. I went with the ones that countered their most frequently and most recently used tactics. They went a different route. Then there's the fact that 4 of our starting 5 fouled out.
We were in such good shape too, with all starters and back-ups at 100% chemistry for the game and energy in the 93%-97% range. Still, it was a pretty good showing that should keep us in the top eight.
