Do you guys put more stock into a players AvQ or the OR? Does it really matter? I think every season I change my on what Im looking for. Last year I was riding with 58 players per week cause my academy was putting out rookies with OR's of 240 or better but the AvQ was piss poor (30's-40's). This year I dumped them and only keep the rook's with AvQ's that are decent.
Neither really. AVQ isn't really a good indication, since you really need to only look at the abilities that matter. They can have 99 in the abilities that count for their position, and 1 in the ones that they don't use and have a 50ish avq. Same with OVR, it's better in that it's a sum of all their trained abilities, but a player can be trained really poorly and have high OVR.

Man i so called it on the way to work i was thinking crap i still didn't get a replacement physician for the one that retired. Then i was thinking Duckworth hasn't went down in awhile i hope he doesn't get hurt. What happened damn right Duckworth down for 8 days to lame....
My team got paid 3,464,100 in a 13-0 loss today....not too upset.
