it's only displayed wrong in the OTR progress page. OTR was update when the manager took over the team, but on OTR page it updates after the first win.
I guess we misunderstood each other 
I meant on the 14th of may I won the game and lost 10.54 OTR points and on the 17th of may I won again and this time I gained 10.98 OTR points.
- Both victories gain/loss OTR
- These 2 victories are worth +10 OTR points whereas my other victories are worth +3 OTR points.

on May 14, it wasn't your team. It was a noname team. When you took over the team, the OTR was changed and that's when OTR progress page does funny things, but OTR itself is calculated properly.

At the end of my match today it showed my squad at 7/12 for fastbreaks but the report shows 6/8, so I'm not sure which to believe.

Mine was showing 44 shots in LIVE and 40 on the game sheet... I assume they are fixing all this.
I noticed something similar but when you add shots + wide shots it equaled the the live viewer, so I figured that was a limitation of the live viewer to show the difference.

I have filled in my lineup but I didn't get money for finishing 5th (or 6th) "mission" which is to fill offensive and defensive lineup
Did you fill in all the players (starters and substitutes) for starting Offense and Defense + parameters (Goalie + 7m shooters + Captain)?
