Yeah i get it, but then you get nothin all time you start thinkin, why someone get realy good pleyer more then half times and you get nothin good, for me i get one realy good pleyer start in first season adn later some normous, but then you listen peaples with worse academy, then they are not happy pleyers wich you never have seen in your academy it is no point to build it up...

Sadly the academy is very random, and strange structured, so the ones with most luck get huge benefits. Can take an exemple with two managers.

Manager 1; Lvl 8 academy, 30-35 OR Sport directors, got 1* 127 OR.

Manager 2; Lvl 8 academy, 30-35 OR Sport directers, got 1* 186 OR.

Don't know how 1 star can differ 60 OR, seem like a huge gap.

Can take another exemple.

Manager 1; Max academy since start. Max OR on youth from academy, 182 OR.

Manager 2; Max academy since start. 11 player over 182 OR from Academy, 7 over 200, 5 of them over 230 OR.

Earned money because of luck;
Manager 1, around 100 Million.
Manager 2, around 1 Million.

Yeah, sad to see then friend with 1 or 2 levels wors academy always get beter talents...

Read one more time, they are two different examples.

Manager 1 and manager 2 are not the same in example 1 as in example 2.

academy = players in training camp and training speed

You say if you have 5 academy and get 280 BR with 80 Q ad then other person has 7 academy him get 180 BR with 40 Q that is normous?

There's no very random or less random.. random is random... if you understand what random is.. i don't understand your example..

Yes, there is "very random" and "less random".

"Very random" is like there are now;
You can have the chance to get 120 OR in the academy or 320 OR on the same level, a gap on 200 OR. And some managers got players worth 100 million more from the academy than other.

"Less random" Would be a much smaller gap, maybee around;
Youth Academy (YA)
YA 1. OR 80 -160
YA 2. OR 100-180
YA 3. OR 120-200
YA 4. OR 140-220
YA 5. OR 160-240
YA 6. OR 180-260
YA 7. OR 200-280
YA 8. OR 220-300

This will make YA an secure invesment, not very risky one, that the one with luck get the best youths regardless on level.

Now when the "damage already is done" PPM can only make it "less worse". But I think this will be a good start at least. Then the skills from managers will apply more than luck.

In the long term you can.. in the short term of course some teams will get more luck and others less..

If season it is short term then idk...

And in your projection a team with YA level 15.. would receive what.. always a player > 400? That would kill the market, like it's already killed in terms of staff members.. everybody have top staff, so they have no market value.

YA don't have to be a secure investment.. YA is only one of the several options managers have.. not necessarily the most successfull way to achieve trophies..
