It was as important as my SA for a while, but I had to choose between SA lvl 11 or MC lvl 10
Was going to pay back the rest of the loan with this weeks sponsor money... but after your situation, I decided to go with lvl 10 MC.
I believe an injured player can result in his C/L degrading more quickly which ultimately lowers his value.
In hockey I have a bunch of old guys so I'm not too concerned

That's what the guide says but I haven't seen a correlation between injuries and C/L dropping.
I haven't seen any guys get injured repeatedly yet either... But I'm glad my top guns haven't got injured yet!
[handball_team=16308], one of Canada's strongest teams on paper, makes a late season surge but will miss playoffs this season. No doubt in my mind they'll remain here next year after the P/R round and will be in the top-8 come S4.
Yeah, some bad tactical decisions and some bad luck along the way this season. On the positive side, the team did make it to the sweet 16 in the Champions League.
Hopefully my 75% Marketing staff will keep us close to the big boys in the finance department next year.

Holy crap! 75% marketing in handball!?!?! And I was trying to get ~30! haha.
Let me know how it goes. I know going heavy on HR in S1 didn't worked out as you had hoped. Fingers Xd now.

I'll be selling a 75%er next week if have 15 million to waste on a staff manager

Holy cow do you ever have a lot of staff. Arent the salaries killing you?
It's salaries versus sales. So far this season, I'm at 11M in salaries and 20M in sales.
