Guess my fat kids couldn't hold up against the Tesla's, didn't expect it but we came close. off to next year. Couple of my young players for sale if anyone needs youth.
Yipes! Because of the final league ranking I'm doing the cup winner's next season
I'll try not to destroy our hard-earned ranking.

Congrats. Try to grab a few wins and bump your OTR
Thanks man! I figured something like that happened. I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty pumped to have won regardless. I think you've got enough playoff victories

Great, win the playoffs and I’m making 50 mil less for general sponsor. I’ve always hated the star system for offers.
I have NOT been able to pull a dang offset in FOREVER in both hockey AND handball, and even when the ratings are similar, I still get buried vs a lower intensity.

praxin, I'm sooooo coming for your head next time -_-'
But honestly, the game has gotten more frustrating than fun. No matter what I devise as far as planning goes, I just can't.... other teams I've had plenty of upsets against ME, but I think the last time *I* pulled one was like 4 seasons ago. And it's not from a lack of trying.
Maybe I should just sell the veterans and rebuild entirely. Be the NT farm team or something... Blah.
Sorry, I'm just getting increasingly frustrated with my lack of progress in the game. Needed to rant.

You know how I feel about those exact things
. I didn’t expect the second had to be that nasty for you. Good luck next one!

I've had to put some players on the market, including my top OR guy (1514 OR), to try to avoid bankruptcy. Could be a useful player for mid to bottom table teams, please check them out:

Just wondering, why are handball player salaries so f**king expensive?? It's an absolute joke, I have 16 players and my daily player salaries total up to 2.3M. Total costs are 3.5M daily. And I earn just about 20M weekly from sponsors and tickets. The system just doesn't give good enough sponsors to compensate for high player salaries. I might even have to sell the whole team and start over fresh..

2.9M player salaries. 2M staff salaries + close to 500k per day for extra players. Yeah, I hear you. It,s the cost for trying to keep some local talent, well, local, so they don't go to teams without the proper facilites to beat them so we can keep having a somewhat viable NT to me... I do earn about 37M weekly from just sponsors, so it helps. But it took forever to get there and I'm still working on maxing important facilities.
Justification I've heard was that 1. economy in hockey/soccer was "too easy" and 2. there are less players on handball teams than hockey, so salaries are higher in comparison.
The only way I stayed afloat at one point I think was that I basically built my entire arena first. That extra 8M from full attendance 2-3 times a week makes a huge difference. I paid the price in that Hignett, St.Jean and Croft had the potential to be on the NT but may never make it because my staff was reduced for a long while and my training center was fairly low level, too. And I'm basically stuck in 4th-5th place and unable to shake up because my guys are aging same as the other teams lol.

Definitely one of my regrets is not maxing out my arena asap, because for the past two years I have never had enough money to upgrade anything. It's just been my expenses cancelling out the revenues during that period.
But even when I was really active and filling the schedule up with friendlies to boost OR, and constantly being placed around the 4-6th places in the league - I've never had my general sponsor exceed 12M. Now it's just at 9M with no improvements, which is my fault for not checking in enough to accept the offers and have marketing managers.
Anyways, I'm hoping to be more active from now on but I'm just thinking of selling the whole team if the money I get from the current players on the market doesn't solve my bankruptcy, because I only have like 6 days left.

It's not bad to rebuild now. Canada is not that deep so getting back to one won't be too tough. And when you get enough saved up, the market may cool by then. Hope you don't go bankrupt, that would kill so much work.
