I was wondering how everyone is doing as for working on building their Arena? Basicly, anyone have seats in all sections (what size), or anyone with any of the floor multifunctional sections?
Just curious, as in 21 days, I'll have my arena up to 2000 Medium Seats at 250 Seats in each Section. I'm already considering uping the seats in 2 or 3 sections to 350 or 450 seats. For now though, I'll stick with the 2000 seats when I get to the 2000 seats and see how things go for spectators as I know that I can get over 1000 spectators has I've already had at least 1 League Game that my Arena was sold out at 1250 Spectators when I was only at 1250 seats available at the time of the game.

so...i guess the real question is who regularly sells out their arena...at any level/type/size. i know i don't.
I have been at sellout (1 time) or within 100 (2 times) capacity 3 times now (not including CL matches) when I was at 2250 seats. CL's were all sellouts
I've sold out my Arena at 2450 a few times. I'm going to expand with the 2500 3-floor multifunctional once I get the money (need $48 mil, which should take about 6 weeks).

Hi all, fairly new to the game here, just some questions regarding upgrading my Arena. Is there a suggested (or proven) "right" way to upgrade? I mean should I increase the capacity first or improve the type of stands first? If its capacity, what is the proper number? Right now I am not selling out my initial 400 seats, should updating my Arena even be a in the thought process, or should I be spending my limited funds elsewhere?
Any suggestions or help to this noob is much appreciated.

Welcome to the game!
I'd say just stay away from arena for the most part except the very cheapest of upgrades perhaps. Once you make a move to upgrade any I'd jump to max size large stand up with the plan to keep it a few seasons even.
It looks like you're investing in the right facilities and I'd say keep on that path. Don't forget to keep on that HR building as it'll pay off big in next seasons sponsorships.
Don't be in too big of a rush to buy players, but rather look for good bargains. There are a lot of nice experienced well trained players with low c/l that will outperform anything you could train for a season or two. I wouldn't worry about their qualities at this point since you won't be able to train a player on par for a while.

As an addendum to what Eeoulo said, you should upgrade the capacity of your small stands to max (100) right away because its incredibly cheap, builds fast, and doubles your capacity. The stand accessories are very cheap as well, so no harm in adding those on. That will give you a decent income without much maintenance for 1-2 seasons until you're ready to go for large stand-ups.
wtg, I'm curious, what's your daily expense on upkeep for the arena now?
