Vegul egy gollal jobbnak bizonyultak a franciak a mai dontoben. Sajnos el kell ismernem, hogy ennyi volt a ket csapat kozott. Mindenesetre ugy gondolom, hogy ezt az ezustot megnyertuk es nem elveszitettuk az aranyat. Koszonjuk a sok batoritast, szurkolast es hogy kovettetek a csapatot.

A tegnapi tovabbjutas mar csoda volt, ma is remenykedtunk egy picit, de sajna nem sikerult, bar ez igy is egy teljesen vallalhato donto volt..

As you say the day before yesterday was a miracle. Finally a very big performance to beat the Czech ogre!
On our side, it was in the quarter-finals against the Slovaks that we met "our pride".

Ahogy tegnapelőtt mondtad, csoda volt. Végül egy nagyon nagy teljesítmény a cseh ogre legyőzéséhez!
A mi oldalunkon a szlovákok elleni nyolcaddöntőben találkoztunk "büszkeségünkkel".

Jól sikerült theatus.
Kiváló pályád volt, őszintén szólva nem ebben a szezonban számítottam a magyar válogatásra ezen a szinten, mivel mindenesetre kicsit kevésbé volt "papíron", mint elődei.

De végül megint Magyarország ismét a vége felé jár, az otthoni fiatalok kiválasztásának tiszta hagyománya szerint.

A kvalifikáció szakaszában a Franciaország elleni patthelyzet jól játszódott, és szerencsére nem ártott nekünk.
És taktikailag is jól játszották a döntő első harmadában, ahol meggyőződtünk arról, hogy nem fogsz az ellentámadásban játszani. Nos, megtetted.

Bocsánat, győztesnek kellett lennie, Magyarország éppúgy megérdemelte, mint Franciaország. Ránk esett, de az U20-ban és az A-ban sem mosolygott.

You had a superb course, honestly I was not expecting the Hungarian selection at this level this season since it was a little less strong "on paper" in any case than its predecessors.

But finally, once again, Hungary is almost at the end, in the pure tradition of the selection of young people at home.

The stalemate against France in the qualifying phase was well played, and fortunately it did not harm us.
And it was also well played tactically in the first third in the final where we were convinced that you would not play on the counter attack. Well you did.

Sorry for you, we needed a winner, Hungary deserved just as much as France. It fell on us, but it did not smile in U20, nor in A.

Thank you Entium! It was a great final and I think we won a silver medal and did not lost the gold. As you wrote above, we exceeded the expectations in this season. I thought as well that we are not among the top 4 this season. It was a miracle in the semi-finals to defeat the Czech U18 and we could play for the gold. We tried everything to have a tight match and it was the maximum, because you had more backup at the end. It was a great final, I really enjoyed it. All in all, let me congratulate you for the victory. You deserved the gold in this season!

It is true that this season Hungary was not part of the top 4 but ultimately did not stray too far from it either, but there was obviously the Czech Republic and Slovenia as usual, France (almost) as well. 'habit as well as nations which are also often "strong" in this age category such as Poland which was stronger as a team than Hungary and which was surprisingly eliminated very early as well as Latvia which was not not far from the Hungarians in force.
As I said, this season was a season where France could compete with the two Czechoslovakian giants. We managed with Jagr to go to the end, we never lost a final together

You will not be playing the Hungarian U18s next season, it's a shame, but I know that Hungary has many very good managers
