A question about vipboxes.
If a vipbox is ready during the season the owners will lease the vipbox till the end of the season to a company.
My question: does the contract be calculated the same amount for a vipbox on a single multi as on a triple multi?

Nope, the better the stand is, the better is the contract.
Then i am afraid that there is a bug in it.
For a triple multi i receive between 7 and 8 million for a vipbox.
For a single multi i receive between 3 and 3.5 million for a vipbox.
Yesterday my 5th vipbox on a triple multi got a contract of 3.1 million with 5 stars.
Today my 6th vipbox on a triple multi got a contract of 2.9 million with 1 star.
So it seems i got contracts for a vipbox of a single multi and not for a vipbox of a triple multi.

It depends on how much seets you have. Ohh i see you have all 2500 so it has to be a bug.
Ohh and contract is lower if builded in the middle of the Seasonc, since there is less days untill end of Season

I think that, since it was first a single multi with vipbox, they took the old contract of the single multi. I hope that tomorrow, with the financial update, i will get a new contract thats ok for a triple multi.
your OTR is lowered at the start of the new season and that also plays a role.
Offers received during the season are much lower than those of the end of the season. It's not a bug.
So you are saying that the lower OTR makes it that the contract for 5 stars is less then 50% while it is a 5 stars offer?

it's not a bug. Offers during the season are lower than at the end of the season. We don't keep the numbers from your previous seasons though so we cannot verify your numbers.
So 5 stars offers during the season are only 40% of 1 star offers at the end of the season and its a coincidence that those offers are the same as the offers during the season on a single multi?

Believe vlady. I don't know why they are like that, but many of my triple multis started as 1,000 seats and were later upgraded to 2500.
When the contracts come up for bid they'll go back to their 5-7 million figure.
Right now I have five skyboxes worth 5.4-6.3 million and two at 3.4-3.6 million.
All are the same size stand with virtually the same concession stands. The only difference is that the cheap ones were built after the sponsorship deadline.

I havent seen 15 year with more than 350 OR on market for a long time. What is the max OR for a player from academy?
