I asked Vlady 3 or 4 weeks ago and he didn't answer this question. So I decide to ask this question to simple managers.
same source for me. 2day he told me that those players need to be fired but those teams do not exist anymore so the players will never get fired. it is BS but what can we do?
He has answered it in teh past i know, but cannot remember teh answer...

as a community you can also try and safe those NT players when players stop. Just be involved and ask them to put on market
they are not for sale. seems to be a misunderstanding... 
I have also been waiting for those players to come in to the market. (have been saving money for a while) I have scouted few of them and atleast they still exists so perhaps there is still hope.
i'ved given up and invested some part of the money in facilities.
Hi like to check teh factors involved in getting scoring chances in the game. Was mentioned by dev on forum in season2 i belive.

Not sure i follow the question.. you mean what attributes etc are needed to improve shots on goal and scoring chances?
In my experience the shooting attribute is directly involved and responsible for the majority of this factor, however, the line they play on is also a big part. My best shooters often find themselves on a line with good passers and/or offensive players.

his theory was that a higher GTR leads to more scoring chances, that's basically it, true or faulse ?

If by GTR you are referring to what I call OTR, that would be insane. And I can't believe it would be true. The OTR is calculated based on your game results (output) and seems to be completely independent from game play.
Agreed. In my experience OTR doesn't relate to scoring chances at all. OTR determines a teams overall strength, and naturally a stronger team will have more scoring chances.
However... OTR itself does not in my opinion equate to the chances themselves.
