Okay. My concern though is the chemistry of the players on the team. Every week that goes by I assume will hurt their team chemistry at the WC. Do you suggest that we begin selecting now or wait? I understand that once selected they cannot be replaced...

Dear Canada,

Owing to certain believable threats received at our offices and also due to the generous cash payments afforded to us by a certain Canadian GM that we choose not to mention, our team has made the move and is excited to announce the call up of the following six players to the Canadian U18 National Team. These obvious, no-brainer decisions will surely soothe other Canadian GM's fears that the new U18 management team is incompetent, at least for the time being. Please join us in welcoming our junior squad's newest additions!

Thanks to the charitable suggestions from some of the other Canadian GM's, LeNoir in particular, we feel that we have grasped some of the basic learning goals of running a National team. Armed with that rudimentary knowledge, we feel confident enough to name the following six additions to the U18 team. Please welcome,

We plan to add more tomorrow and then one final addition. We are especially interested in 16 year old's now so if you have anyone that you would like to recommend, esp a goalie, we would be happy to see their numbers. We are anxious to win points with the next national team manager before we are fired.

I have two young guys still too.

Well, no...but from my understanding of the big picture now I probably need to bring in 17 year old's for next season's boss so I should keep an eye for the future. If Depuis doesn't have chemistry now then it would be expensive to play him all the time in the friendlies just to get him up to scratch? That's my understanding of it. I brought in I think 17 17 year old's or something and at the end I was only looking at them. One of the Vancouver Racoons was a last line cut too. I will pick one of your younger guy's in the last group if the envelope under the desk is difficult to grasp...

It is a balancing act. Too many 17 year olds you'll be relegated to the division below at which point when they turn 18 you'll be using them to get back to the level you were just at.

This sounds bad. Again, I am the kind of person who stumbles off roads and is swept away in rapids.
