First off, I welcome markus99 aboard the Senior Canada National ship.
The ship is obviously made in Canada, so we'll be prepared to make any repairs upon request.

As a minor heads-up, I'm considering hard removing some veterans:
Dan Bent
Steve Whitton
Mike Dubois
Brian Himsworth

The fact is, these guys will not make the Starting roster during championship rounds.
They are all either 2/6 or 3/6 in CL, while everyone ahead of them are all either 3/6 or 4/6. I.e. it's highly unlikely these 4 would ever move up the depth-chart.
We will be sacrificing their chemistry & experience by removing them from the roster, but this creates opportunities for fresh 4/6 or 5/6 youngsters to be selected.

I believe in prospect development, but I also believe in winning (which is what I think is how a manager's success should be judged by).
So the key here would be the right balance: The top half of the roster being "Win Now" & the bottom half being "Win Later".
The future Senior team GMs should have more options for line-ups if I begin development early.

If you've any concerns or if you just secretly despise me, please post on this forum.
I'm not good at hiding, so I'd want to address everyone who has similar questions all at once.

I'm sorry guys, I've made a couple of mistakes.
1) Instead of Tory Bellemare , it'd be François Hughes making the team.
2) I failed to notice that Rob McKenzie now plays for foreigners, so we missed a spot for training boost. Canada welcomes Connor Allott as the replacement.

I got mixed up on the François Hughes Hugues Burroughs names, so I miscounted on the amount of wingers & centres.
This makes Trent Whitton the odd man out.
Sorry about that.

I believe the team roster is pretty much set for this season.
The top 5 lines consist of the best Canada has to offer to win right now.
The last 4 lines consist of players who have the best chance of making the top 5 lines in the next 2-3 seasons.
Thanks for those who've PMed me on the selections.
I couldn't satisfy everyone, but I just want Canada to get back to the top league asap and to be as competitive as possible.

Sorry, it was a difficult decision.
The players chosen ahead of Braden Dubeau are Alton Berkley & Derrell DeSutter .
I believe these 2 are born rich, they live in maximum Training Facilities.
I'm not saying I favour rich boys, but the chance of Braden Dubeau ever catching up with any of these 2 are slim.
If he does in fact catch up, I'll be the first to recommend him to future GMs.
