i think that prizes should not be same in all leagues.it would be good that they make average league OTR and team strength.Next step is making categories.First category,let's say 20 strongest leagues,winner gets the most money;then second category,winner gets little less money etc.

I didnt expect you would like this. But I can tell you that it is actually true. There are hundreds of thousands of records that are searched. Whether you choose to believe it is up to you. I thought I have some credibility here.

as far as prize money is concerned, it would not be fair. In fact it is very questionable whether it is more beneficial to play in a small or big community. In a small community it is not only easier to reach the top league, but it is also easier to reach the international cups. Believe it or not, but some people from larger countries begrudge you these spots in international cups. you just can't please everybody.

Fair enough, but if i'm paying cold hard cash to buy credits and then using those to enter tournaments, it's hardly fair that other people in those tournaments are being advantaged with extra cash. I guess your answer would be something like "don't enter a tournament then", which i guess is valid but doesn't change the fact that in 5 seasons from now, there will be a such a MASSIVE gap between the top teams in soccer and the rest of them because of the way the system favors the top teams. It's already out of hand in hockey, so one would expect soccer will do the same.

As for the other feature.. why not make it a pro feature? If you're concerned about database queries, having it as a pro feature would surely solve that. When I was a captain I heard numerous times that there were less pro users than expected, so unless the numbers have jumped, why not sweeten the pro deal a little.

Plus, it's not a feature that benefits or offers an advantage with regards to the actual game, so having it a pro feature would not be a major issue.

I guess i'm a bit confused as to why you guys are so determined NOT to include things like this in pro and instead prefer to charge people MORE money to get them. We already pay most than most other games for pro as it is.

On the pro packs.. I completely agree. In the past ppm developers have made very little to improve the game.. actually nothing. If they did anything it was to charge people more and they just massively advertise everywhere to get more customers in.

The game has become a bit strange to me. You can read 'propack' everywhere around this site, then there is this banner on the bottom covering a lot of the content if you have a smaller screen. The front page is really new, but the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen. Many people said it would look cool and modern, but it's just about football there. The developers have begun to forget the roots of this game. You cannot see Peter there anymore unless you zoom in.

I'm officially disappointed. (and not only saying this because I'm loosing so much. :p)

There are so many tournaments that you can pick and choose whichever suits you best. You don't have to play the strongest teams on PPM to win credits. How do you know that the gaps that opened up in hockey are big because of prize money? Prize money is just a very small part of the yearly income of every team. It's influence is not that huge.

I wanted it as a PRO feature myself, but it was not to be. Once again, if you don't want it, you don't have to use it. Is it fair to blame a merchant for finding new ways of earning money? If you see a car that you can't buy because it's too expensive, do you blame the manufacturer for building that car? We didn't create this feature to piss you off. We created it for people who want to use it and who are ready to pay for it.

Does this make the PRO pack less attractive then when you bought it? No! I would understand your complaints if we had actually canceled some PRO feature. You bought the PRO pack and you got what you paid for.

Vlady, I would suggest that you refrain from these types of posts, you only serve to alienate more people.

PRO pack people *did* pay for extra features. And like those that don't pay they too expect changes to occur. The lack of improvements he is mentioning are improvements to the PRO Pack, not the game. No need to insult him.

Credit features are nice revenue streams for the developers and I certainly don't blame them for that, but the whole microtransaction formula is wonderful to some people and a bane to others.

Sorry, but the response came off as insulting and it wasn't even directed at me. Just my impression.

you mean my attitude personally or generally PPM? I have explained why this can't be a PRO feature. I don't know what's wrong with that. I just got a little more outspoken when we have been accused of greediness or doing nothing. I take that personally because both are not true and I also think that our attitude is better than you could find elsewhere.

this was a pure lie or complete ignorance. I just don't like these kind of posts. You may say he insulted the whole PPM and the people working there.

I haven't had a PRO pack other than the ones freely issued, so I haven't kept track of what has changed. But I have noticed that most of the recent announcements have been based on features added for credits.

I think it is really obvious that many changes have occurred in PPM. I for one have been very pleased with the changes and the rate of change.

It is just my impression that both trueblue and knucklepuck and I'm sure others would like to see more of these types of changes included as part of the PRO pack rather than credit systems.

Microtransaction (credit) features should be features that are rarely used, like name changes, arena art and the like. PRO Pack changes (which are basically subscriptions) should be for features that would be of daily use to players. The market assistant is one such feature that would be of day-to-day use, and not a once in a while purchase.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

I mostly jumped in because the tone of the response was a bit harsh (probably more of a reaction to knucklepucks post than trueblue's) but I'm probably reading too much into everything and should just shut up
