is it an idea to give managers some kind of reward for bringing in good idears? like give them credits.
You should have a close look to the Topart contests: many users usually win by far even though their works are awful, so either it's full of cheaters, and/or some guys are insanely addicted to vote -so you might set a limit of votes per user/day-...

I laugh about that each time I see it. I find it cute - and adds humour to the game, despite it being wrong. I hope they leave it in.
