Sounds like there are some interesting, potentially well-thought out suggestions there - but it isn't coming across very well.
Would love to see some increased reasons to not have cookie cutter players. Eg have the different tactics in hockey have more diverse skill sets required to play well.
Oh and my constant suggestion: an OW and an Oceania NT!
And please dont say get more people for australian leagues. This will only result in reducing the competition and fun not increasing it.
In Hockey: There are currently only 2 Aus teams in the OWi1. Ie most of the competition is from outside australia.
In Soccer: There are not enough teams from outside Australia in Oceania to even fill half of a division 1 if Australia was split into its own league. And really atm there are only 3 teams that are challenging for top spot each season and one is not from australia. A two horse race would be even worse.

Or even better NTs for each country regardless of whether they have a league
Absolutely! PPMs excuse for not having NT for all countries is bad programming, or more accurately, lack of desire to update the programming. There is absolutely no reason they can't make that happen, they simply don't want to.
Which is pissing people off. Most people i've introduced to the game leave or refuse to join because of this NT issue (among many others).

it's got nothing to do with the programming. It's just our policy to make sure a national team is sustainable and fulfills the definition of a national (not multi-national team)
Forgive my bluntness, but that's an incredibly stupid policy. There is a clear demand for Australia (and others) to have a national team. We know we'd lose most games and would be a weaker team, and are very much ok with that.
i feel similar to cavalean and trueblue, although not in as strong as words
We are the top 3 teams in the football oceania league, and we do feel like we deserve a national team for Oceania. It would definitely be sustainable as more teams are getting stronger and competing. I would have thought instead of a national team being defined as a Single Nation, it could be a national team for each "League nation".
So nations which have their own leagues would still have national teams (like they do now) and leagues like Oceania, Asia and Europe would still get their own national teams.

I have a suggestion that would be the choice of national captains through elections. so the community would choose who would represent them with the support of the game, showing transparency between users and support.
not eery country even has a national support team. would have thought that would be the first thing.

Here in Brazil we have team but we dont have captain
but all "federations" and should be able to elect their representatives

That´s an interesting idea, since the game is for the users and they should be the primary goal on every enterprise. Happy community, more users and more money to the game.
