There is a "minor"/junior system where exp is gained at a much slower rate - it is called "friendly games".
Ya but then your regular guys lose 1 chem a week since 4 friendlies : 3 league games a week.
Right you have to play your seniors - I say let the seniors play in friendlies to keep chem / exp and have "juniors" where your juniors can play. This can add a huge ripple to contracts etc. I think it would really expand an improve the game drastically not to mention give you two games to play a day.
Didn't your mother tell you if you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything at all?
me i try to bring guys with a lot of energy back in the line up so it don't affect my team and gives the oppotunity too old and young to come back in the line up
one camp in the beginning one in the middle

and i try not to train immigrants players LOL I'm a bit racist on PPM i want Canada to become what he should be in a hockey game LOL numéro 1
lol, but.. I don't understand what you mean. 1 chem would be lost if a player only participated in 3 league games out of 7 total games? Is that one chem lost plus all the chem he'd gain from it? I was just hoping you could elaborate
and i was asking myself if the position in the league have an impact on the academy?
because when i was lower in the iV.8 i had realy nice players coming but since i bought nice players and i'm in the top team of my leagues nothing good is coming out

I know I'm a prick, but I, for one, have treated friendly contests as an opportunity for the farm team to earn their salaries. My plan generally has been to schedule 3 friendlies per week to go with 3 league games. 3 for the starters, 3 for the juniors.
After all, isn't 7 games a week a little demanding for your starters? They'll gain XP and chemistry through league games and the days off will improve their rate of training. Meanwhile, the rest of your team gets a chance to gain some XP and chemistry of their own so that, if need be, their transition into the lineup is a little smoother.
