What is your highest train Staff?
when youve scouted someone what are the green numbers? the higest they can get in that category?
Green numbers indicates their actual Q's. Anything other than that isn't accurate.
the green numbers will only show up on the player page - they will show up grey on the practice page unfortunately even if they are scouted
i dont know if u know the answer but i had to try and it does affect i add 10 more def point and i see some change!
In your goalie? I haven't tried that yet but I assume 10 defence points to your goalie would effect your goalies playing not sure though. Has anyone tried putting some extra def on there forwards?
but there will be a little green check that indicates he's been scouting. Although this might only be a pro package feature.
I tend to train my goalies in defense a little. I have both my goalies trained a little in D, my starter at 7 with a plan to train him to 10 and my backup at 14.

I like that idea also. The way I see it, if your forward have defense it strengthens the entire lines defense when they're on the ice, so definitely can't hurt.
