I don't know if this is a bug or not, but it is not realistic. Maximum loan is 38,480,000 and Large loan is 30,784,000. Shouldn't it be vice versa? Maximum loan should be the biggest loan you can get.

unless you think of a loan as a negative amount of money 
When you make a loan, you won't receive a negative amount of money.
LOL I mistake the numbers... I 'saw' both loans ans 30,xxx,xxx not 38 for the maximum... Sorry, my bad...
