I guess there are no pucks given to noname/inactive teams.
After playing this game for 6,5 seasons I have never seen a team take a penalty when it's on powerplay. Seems to me that only the team that is shorthanded can take a penalty in that situation.
Are you planning on fixing that issue? And how about 5min & 2+2min penalties, are there any plans on implementing them?

you won't see that puck in World galery, because only first oponent for each league level is showed here. However you can see that puck in Collector's gallery.
Some countries like Serbia, barely have 4 teams with pucks, mostly from one league (top league). Slovakia has many many teams with pucks, but we don't, and I think we would need a year at least to have teams with pucks scattered across different leagues, if we manage at all.
That means nobody will be able to collect all pucks (for prize I mean) for long period of time.

I doubt that will happen anytime soon.
i think that situation is the same for all of us, because we all want the puck from countries that has just few pucks in their country ,-)

I think with very careful planning, it could be done in just over 2 seasons, so yep, pretty much agree.
Yes I know. I will come into situation to pay 30 credits to some team in IV league, just to collect his puck damn it 
hahah i have heard of some people offering bribes like that already.
