Please let me or my assistant tiute know whether you have player from Lithuania, and he has equal or higher skills in each position like these:

Eventually South Korea will get its own NT. In preparation for that day, please send me the info for any Korean players you have with any skill over 80.
I think that all-world should have a team also. It is rather unfair that the teams in all-world (and other countries w.o national team) are deprived of all the bonuses and benefits of having players an a national team. Bad enough that if you have not played from day 1 you are badly handicapped here.

Ireland has 46 managers. Suppose they have average 30 players each. Thats about 1400 players and 50 of them can be on national team.
Finland has 1456 managers, 30 players each and total amount is about 43 000 players and 50 of these can be on national team.
And what about the biggest countries?
Is this fair?

It is fairer than those of us in countries that don't even get the opportunity to.
Fact is, those 43,000 Fin players can work hard to train solid franchise or international star players. The chance is slim, but they can work at it and get the chance.
We do not.

But as they said before, part of the problem is if they do a "other world" team, and say one of your players is the star of the team.
Then there is enough people to start a full Australia league. Not only will they have to go and re-code the other-world team to NOT allow Australian born players, but the team will lose every player from Australia.
That alone may prompt some to not want to expand the game in their country, which is of course contrary to PPM's goals

I get that, and it is a very good reason.
That doesn't change the fact that it's currently unfair for those in the Other World leagues.
For the record, i would not want Australia to have it's own league until it has at LEAST 100 managers. I think 50 is too few, as there would be no true competiton in the leagues.

I understand the feeling it's not fair, but, and i hate to play this card, but not everything HAS to be fair.
I would love to see everyone be able to participate, but doing something that is a technical night just to be "fair" doesn't seem worth it to me.

Why not create a NT for the biggest countries from the Other World? Their clubs would stay playing in that league but they would have its own national team.

Talk about beating a dead horse! This NT discussion has been discussed for a year now. The devs have made it clear they have no intention of adding this for people. Their solution was "if you want a NT then go out and get more people from your country to join the game". I know it's cold and money grubbing but it's what they feel.
People need to just get over the fact that fair play and respecting people from each country don't matter to the devs as much as the bottom line, $$.

Just a friendly reminder, especially with the upcoming U18/U20 expansion to the national teams, please post any USA players you have that are good, and please post them often, as that is how they are updated. Thank you!

We are looking for good quality young players in U18 hockey squad with an index of skills must be:
15 years OR 325
16 years OR 465
17 years OR ~555
Over 18 + players not to offer.
Making some exceptions also.
We are looking for talent goalie.
Ideally, the level of the buildings would be like training and rehabilitation center for 13/12. Be sure to consider the sports academy and medical center level as well!
