And just a reminder to my colleagues to have 28 players nominated today, otherwise match tomorrow will not happen and we loose chance to get more chemistry.... but you guys are no rookies

Do not forget to change tactics to very low importance, again just a friendly reminder.

Noone reacted to my question and therefore I choose team to host next home game. I do not think people really care whether or not we have in 20000 stadium so it is going to be some small stadium of some small team of second league.

We start home today and the game is against Great Britain. It is team which we with some luck eliminated in play off of first divison last season. This time we have better team and we have better chances to win.

We will start with defensive tacticks first 3-4 games to see how team behaves and what kind of results we cn achieve. We will play with 4 lines with minimum ice time of fourth lineup.

We need to start with our Goltzius because for some reasons I can not explain, his chemistry dropped to 20. Second goalie is from last year's U18 championship where we want to help next season's U20 coach with chemistry.

Our contribution for next season (if I and assistant I choose) will be to contribute to next season. Currently 8 players of 19 years are in lineups and I plan to add one more at least.

Goal is to have 3 lineups of app 80% chemistry, 2 lineups of about 40% chemistry. That might sound unlogical, but first 3 lineps are ahead of all remaining players and therefore strategy is to keep 3 lineups play and rotate remaining players. We can benefit from this in second stage of WC. I still need to think it through.

Game we played yesterday. I think we played well, when players of first 3 formations played only. Gam showed us that we will strugle big time with fourth formation and I need to think about approach.

Positives of game are few:
Goal in powerplay (where we struggled entire last season
No goals in powerkilling.
Good efficiency thanks to better shot power.

Negatives:
Low performance of our goalie
Too many shoots against us, too few against opponent (mainly due to the way British players are trained.

Goltzius is indeed a star, unfortunatelly we would need 2-3 more better attackers and 1 better defensemen to be competitive. We still have our best players on bench as raising their chemistry does not bring and value to us.

Romania, Brazil and Latvia, it can go either way...

Hildebrand Chrestens out, he is 6th-7th goalie and I am looking for some young players to replace him to help next season's NT coach.

Tore Kruse is in, good qualities and promising player, as well as interest of player's manager who is so far only one to suggest player. Thanks for it!
