Got a good player, at least I think: Danny Vanatten

I got two guys that seem good not scouted but the technique quality seems quite low. Will scout if hope the values turn out higher than what I see now.

i got maybe one he might get out booted after scouting he's 5/6 looking like only 60s in secondaries but mid 70s in shot and mid 90s in def and off

Got a crap pull, haven't had anything decent in a while.

Pulled three 4-star forwards, conveniently with preferred side R, U and L. Interesting. 6/6 for all but such a shame I couldn't pull them earlier in the season. sucks.

Well, only two of them turned out to be keepers. Will probably put them in the lineup next season. The third didn't have good enough Q distribution so I'll sell him.

It's rare enough that I make a pull worth keeping or even worth selling, but I finally pulled a potential star. Richard Bailey has an EQ of 97%(!) as a center, a perfect CL, and an OR of 276 (which is relatively high for a pull from my team). His shooting Q is awful, but he could otherwise still be a very good prospect at any other position. I'm tempted to (but probably won't) make him a goalie since I never pull goalie prospects, but I doubt he would ever be a starter on my team.

if he has learns of like 80s and higher in goal, tech and pass i would train him as your goalie they are the most important pieces of our teams. I see this guy as a 73% AVQ but that percent means nothing if he's beast in the right areas for which position you use him for.

I'll have to wait 2 or 3 days until I have hiim scouted, but right now I see him as an 81% AVQ with q-ratings of 70/77/99/38/96/94/77. Can a center be effective with relatively low shooting or would he end up taking too many bad shots?

if you got a center with bad shooting you put him on the line with your best wingers. i've got one or 2 solid centers that cant shoot but my best center is one that can shoot. if his shooting is under like 45 learn or so i would wager most people would tell you not to bother training shoot your only wasting time helping him become an awesome set up man just train pass a little higher than you do your tech.

The shooting system is whackadoo... My highest shot % guys are among the lowest shooting rated. Some of my highest # assist guys are some of the lowest passing too.. One thing tho, this was the first year the top goal scorers were the top few in shooting rating (they were basically in the lower half of shot % tho as usual).

In short, I wouldn't worry about a center with too low of shooting for now. I've not seen much difference between my centers that had shooting with 100 difference in shooting skill.
