That's insane...He might be on the NT in the future, and will definitely be on the U20 team if it starts soon enough.
I already started playing him so he can earn exp points. Makes my team a little weak in the 4th line but I don't care. Needs to be done.

For a league three team you're player is pretty good. Don't worry. As you building your stadium you'll get better players.

I agree that building your facilities you're bound to get better players. In fact I hope some day to be able to prove that with my own pulls :/
I think you can buy some fairly cheap players around that OR range these days.
Pulled another nice player as far as AvQ goes but OR is a bit low. Will see after scouting.
