i really like this idea. i think it can save time for the developers and the users can have a better sense of what's going on
I would really like a more developed finances page. Maybe add two or three columns to be able to see more than 2 days. I wanted to see the benefit of adding a maintenance guy versus my maintenance cost, but I didn't had the time to see that yesterday.
So, today, all I see is today expenses and yesterday expenses, both with the new guy in place. If I was able to see my finance of just one day before that, I would be able to compare.

Youth teams in soccer, hockey live broadcast announced/nearly done! Handball is coming along too. All great news!!! I like that you can keep track of scores from other games while watching your game live!!! So sweet!

You already can compare, simply add/remove your maintenance staff as head and assistant then check the "arena" as well as the "facilities" page. On those pages you will find a line for the daily expenses, those values are instantly updated based on the attributes of your department head and assistant or lack thereof.
You are welcome. By the way, I can tell you right now Milos Kaipr will cost you a lot more than his savings. Each maintenance centre level gives you 2% savings, multiply 2% by your current maintenance level of 9 and you get 18%. Staff gives upwards to a further bonus of 1% per level. Assuming Kaipr is set as head staff and therefore has an influence of 60% on the total staff savings, his contribution is of 5.4% savings on both your arena and facilities daily fees. Nowhere near worth his salary.
For comparison, I have determined that the ideal ratios for my arena custodians when everything I currently have under construction is finished will be 46-32 for the head and 37-26 for the assistant.

Yeah, that was exactly the numbers i was trying to figure before to buy a 100-100 coach. I thought that the maintenance guy was going to retire soon, though. Looks like I bought the wrong guy.
Well, lesson learned. Thanks, charredmonkey!

Hmm. He was not going to retire, he was going to sign a new contract. Forgot to set the auto-resign to off. A 17M$ mistake...
I've actually found that if everything is maxed having a 200 OR custodian is a losing money venture...
Maybe staff salaries should be tiered. Coaches should make more than custodians, for example.
New suggestion: random game events. Injuries, maintenance, and security are the three (!) random events.
Just off the top of my head:
- coach reporting positively or negatively re tactics -- can give bonus or reduction in effectiveness
- coach reporting positively or negatively re line combos -- can give bonus or reduction in line chemistry
- coach/physio reporting positively or negatively re effort in practice or fitness training -- individual training/rehab increased
- manager reports increase/decrease in player popularity -- souvernir sales increase/decrease

It would be hard to implement, but it would be cool if you could set your ticket prices.
Have a minimum and maximum asking price depending on the level of the stands. If you set them too high, less people attend.

Nice thoughts PMullings. @biznow: this has been suggested before and won't happen. As nice as it'd be seeing as it'd be an exercise in math (trivial calculus) to maximize your profits after some initial toying around.
