To predict their future salary:
Salary = 0.1 * (Atty1*Atty1*Atty1 + Atty2*Atty2*Atty2)

I put 4 staff members on the market. I will save 346,878 per days ... OMG
I have high OR staff, but they all have low contracts (40k or less/day) unfortunately about 5 of them are about to get new contracts, and they'll be way to expensive. I'm going to have to drop some of them and cut back to some cheaper guys as well.
