I saw that purchase.... crazy. see how he plays when his chemistry gets better.
Mine was 14mil and he started at a 79 rating, he is now almost 90 after half a season.

geez, you got a deal there! I kinda made a mistake overpaying for a free agent goalie who's not going to improve. Kinda desperate move by me 'cus I was having big trouble finding a bargain for a goalie.
i'm lucky enought to have in my organisation a young goalie that will replace the one I have right now when he is gonna be too old. He is improving by one everyday... lots of hope in him!
interesting end of season... there is more than 10 point in difference between the 8 and and the 9th place... not much of a fight there
fun playoff... the difference between the first 3 teams and the 5 others are so extreme that it's no surprise one of the 3 will get it...
this league has no big fight except fot the 6-7-8 place... maybe next season....

Exactly. That's because the difference between League II and III is too big... Any team relegated from II will just dominate III, which sucks for teams already here.
Yes, it can be evened out for new players like you and I, but in order to do that, the money you get has to be only focused on buying players over upgrading facilities...
My advice:
Buy cheap old players with good stats but bad Qs.
They shouldn't cost much, letting you save for arena/facilities.
Besides, with low training center and regen, you won't be training very fast either.

Yes... well chrismas vacation... but it would not have change much since I planned on loosing against you anyway... just give more rest to my stars
probles with RFA is that you get player you will have to let go after 2-3 season, that cost a lots. I built my team almost with no transfers, it will take me more season but I got my players for an average of 6 season... They have lots of time to train and my training facilities aer very well develop.
I may struggle now but I now that I'll become stronger and stronger,
Those who built with transfer may struggle less now, but they will have a harder time to get stronger and problably will get a standstill in 2 or 3 season.

Actually, you'll probably build a team faster by getting good players first, even if they're RFAs. If your team has a really good OTS, you'll have a better chance of having success in the league and therefore getting better sponsors. That'll help build facilities later.
If you're mainly building trainers at the start, you may have a good team in the very long run, but your team won't be good and you'll get less sponsors.

I agree with Anthony Lee.
Right now it is all about getting your OTR up.
Higher OTR = higher sponsorship offers.
It is the reason why it is more profitable to be a top team in div II than a bottom/mid team in div I
