An idea is perhaps daily login rewards. not sure it would work but its something to think about
A lot of this game appears to be waiting for something to happen which is not what most people want to do. they want instant games.
To your question I could try to send emails and encourage them. But its not like they are going to look at me with my experience. But I do look forward to taking on a bigger leadership role in the future if there's anything I can help with just shoot me an email.....
Yeah and there is just no way to tell if they are going to stick with it. The whole IV league is filled with dead teams. Even the best of the best the one and only I.1 has a dead team and is about to get another."Gambit4" There really is just no way to tell and sometimes LIFE gets in the way. Just the way of the game I guess. Man I am learning a lot about PM!! Just watch. The BEASTBOSSES are coming to the top.

You already get one. $50.000 once a day for logging in.

I have offered help in Handball to a couple of noobs this season that stuck around. Emailed both, offered a few suggestions that would help them. One told me i didn't know shit and to eff off. ( he lost nearly every game after that and quit)The other simply ignored all advice and common sense and did things her way. Such as spending all her money on players and completely ignoring all facilities and the entire arena.Div.III mentality. NOT the way to start, in dept and behind.
I don't mind helping those that are willing to help themselves, but i have learned, it is more of a waste of ones time in most cases. The vast majority never listen, nor respond. Those few that have listened have done well for themselves. Just providing the basics can be the difference between a player sticking around or bailing.
Maybe bumping up the daily log in bonus would help. I wouldn't mind seeing $250k once a day.$50k is a bit chincy.

The program is pointless. When it started I helped 1 or 2 people. The answers to questions they asked you could find in the guide. Most people just lazy. Read the guide and everything will be fine. I'm here 5 years or so and still use the guide occasionally.
I agree with moving up the daily reward. But who has the power to do so?
The thing is we need to find a way to create more interest in the game so more people stays. That is the reason why there is this page and also a USA support page.
the thing is $50,000 is not much of a bonus. Perhaps something along the lines of a system that gives more money the longer you log in daily. maybe and periodic rewards like 5 credits for 50 days of logging in and 10 credits for 100 days and so on.
If you think about it, $50k is not a bad bonus when you first start off. all facilities and such are cheap for the first few levels. So, technically, the new players are getting that bump already.
The biggest thing i noticed during my time of trying to get people to stay is how many log in the first time, and never log in again. That, I think, was the most disheartening part of it. No matter what we tried, if they never log in again, it was a pointless effort.
If anyone has an idea on how to fix that, I would be very happy.

You already get free credits and that 50k covers all expenses for about a season.
I must confess, the day I started playing this game, I also started a half dozen others. This is the only one I played for a second day. The others I was one and done. I think it is all personal subjective opinion as to what appeals to different people. As far as starter bonuses, the trial pro pack and the 50k a day are plenty to get started, in my opinion. Besides, the more freebies handed out, the more people will multi account to take advantage. And there is enough of that going on already. As evidenced by the long lists of bans daily.
i think it should be more than 50k per login and after some logins stop giving the bonus or having the bonus reduced every day till gets to zero
daily bonus is great for new teams but pretty much just annoying for established teams (banners)
new teams have to get some hope they can catch up to other teams.
i almost dropped too earlier cause i knew id never catch up no matter how hard id try because of the economics of the game: only way is to wait people to quit.
dont think game should be like that. it should be more about strategy than economics.
