Stick around. Just adapt your strategy for the future. I have been changing my plans as well. I am realizing that even though my infrastructures are all built up, PPM is still a money management game first. You need tons of money piled up to maintain a competitive lineup. I have around 300M now, but I know this could go away in 2-3 players. The key will be to cultivate youth that I can control for a while and retain my semi-decent standing while piling up money to eventually rise in the standings only when the time is right both in terms of player development and financial sturdiness.

I absolutely agree!! All my decisions are based on the long term health of my team. Sometimes it means making tough player decisions, but where there is a will, there is also a way!! Pass the Buckleys!!!

As with all the Canadian clubs, we prefer not to see anyone drop the game. It really is too good in our opinion. Still, should the Y Snakes really choose to give up on competitive efforts, a farm team for the national squads would always be a classy route to run. It seems a lot of Euro clubs test the gray areas of the rules of this game and it seems to be fair game. Sure as hell the Dutch nation could use a few more of these type of outfits to provide some depth for their country teams...

As with the football message boards, for any GM out there questioning the realistic nature of rising up the leader boards, I simply point them to the case of the on-grass version of the Maroons. His hockey team may well make a similar run in the future but for now it is fun to watch his football progress. Indeed, it seems one CAN buck the odds...

It's been nice knowing you all. Sadly, the game is not bringing me anything aside from stress anymore, so for my own health, I'm just going to drop it. I don't have the daily time to be keeping up the account even for just youth pulls. Sorry.

The propects are going to be sold eventually. I just didn't want to list everyone at once. I'll likely be doing the same with my handball team after I'm done with hockey.

It's a bit heartbreaking to let go of Neath, Jensen and McMillan. They're some of my very best prospects of all time (and I haven't really had anyone that good since, except for maybe Cedric Lo)
