I think my expectations are a bit too high, after seeing so many guys with like 99/99/98/92 pass by on the market... and on craptastic teams that somehow get lucky when they pull youth.

90 EQ is very good. The difference between 90 EQ and 80 EQ is far less important than the initial OR of the player. It'll take a long time to make up a significant OR difference with only 10% difference in training rate.

I agree, having at least one "perfect" Q is also quite important for development in order to maximize training camps. Much more interesting to multiply by 3(or 4) a training program of 1.5 than 1.25
For example, I have two players with same age, CL and average Q. They were the same OR also for a while, but one has a top Q higher than the other (the other is more average in everything), so he is now ahead and it will most likely stay that way unless CL changed something.

This game hates me this season. Lost several league games I think I shouldn’t have, and just love 4-3 in CWC with shots 56-19 in my favour.
