My understanding of what happened: Low number of shots in the 1st period = low save % = low morale for the rest of the game. I've had that happen a number of times, where I utterly dominated the first period but they somehow got like, 1 out of 4 past the goalie. I think the game engine's "goalie morale" calculations ONLY take into account the percentage, and not how many shots were actually made.
But of course that couldn't have happened against me, uh? ;P
I changed goalies, it only affects goalies when sv% is bad.
doesn't changing the goalie also affect how the whole team performs, though? (and also, if there had been more shots, he wouldn't've changed, and that could've helped, so there is that)
There is no morale. Just goalie confidence.
Well I've locked in a next round appearance for The champions league! Didn't expect to do this well!
