50/30/20 for Tr/Reg/SA. Teams got extra for partialy completed facilities. I think Kenora ranked 7th.

That's why I'm 4th then. Furthest lvl 15 TF in Canada (North America) and level 13 RF. My SA is shit but I don't care, that's all it gives me

Hey I am offering my free time to manage our NT, I love the game and I have what it takes all my success (with my team) speak for itself. I didn't have much or any success with the National team but you all have seen how it went and there hasn't been any critics in my work.
In the case of Hilderly maybe ftyoshi can tell you the story after that if he wants and cares.
If you think I am not good as a NT manager just speak, tell me, tell the community what I have done wrong, what could I have done better don't just accuse of something it is not true.
I may not qualify Canada for the WC what was our goal, but just to remind you I took this job half way into the qualify, contacted almost everyone (even you) how to go with training players if the players went in wrong direction, added some players, better players which previous manager missed but it was late to get full chemistry to those players. You have been the first one to tell me it was a good selection. There is a hole lot more I did for our NT and you well Thank you.
The community will chose the next NT manager and it might be a new one and I understand but accusing of buying a vote, come on you are better then that. You are a good manager and I would support you if you decide to go for a candidacy any time even after this.

It seems to me I don't have a really good track-record with national team managers.

I'm talking in general. I'm not pointing anybody. I think the Canadian soccer community took everything for granted.

You can read that kind of posts in the forum but I think it's a huge mistake. It doesn't work in real life and it didn't work in this game.

Whoever will be next, he will have to try something different, to think as an outsider ...

Having the best players it's something but it's not everything and it's not enough. The manager with the support of all of us has to find what we missed.

One day my school organized a soccer tournament. 8 players from the same class registered 3 weeks before the tournament. They were all member of different soccer clubs. They trained together 3 times a week to win the tournament. They were the strongest team and they were supposed to win.
My friends built a team too but half of the players were selected for a state volley tournament the day before the soccer tournament. The team couldn't play the soccer tournament cause they were not enough. 2 hours before the soccer tournament some tried to save the team so they ask me if I can play with them. We recruited 3 other random players from the dorm. We were 9 so enough to compete. Only two were registered in a soccer club and we never played together. We barely knew our teamates.
We played our first game again the "strong and trained" team and we won 4:0. Nobody could stop us and we won the tournament. I won an award for the best player ... We were not the strongest team at all but we found a chemistry, we had something the other didn't have.

You may think what is this guy is talking about. It doesn't even have good teams. That's true but I think I understand life pretty well and this game is a simulation of life.

That's hilderly so he's right up there with the rest of the guys.

And slavko's right. he doesn't buy votes. We've been discussing Hilderly since he took over and he made me ensure that i was training him properly and hit the appropriate level before he added him to the NT. It just so happens that Hilderley finally reached a decent level that he felt safe to add him to the team.

Pemberton has slowed. OAP have felt it too. But he's still a higher rating than others. That being said, I don't expect him back on the team. Borden has slipped too. He gets a 3 week injury every season which kills his training.

Just to let you know on a former team Canada player, Kody Graham, actually improved faster than any other on my team (including Gary Kidd)

My best Canadian trainers were 124 and 118. I have better but they either are a) not Canadian or b) too weak for the NT currently. However, both players mentioned are 16 and 544/581 OR.
