Man...that was a bit of a heart breaker today. Almost pulled out the win despite my conservative play. Hurts more than getting blown out, really.
Interesting stat. My backup is American, but he's on his way down. I don't think he'll ever catch up to be a starter. My 3rd stringer has some hope, but probably not much.
Wow, all 5 of my first line made the daily All-Star Team, I don't think I've ever had that happen before. It better not go to their heads!
I haven't had an American in goal since my first couple of weeks. I finally pulled a potential starter last season, but he'll need to keep his CL high for several more seasons to make it.
all 3 of my goalies are american Matos i've had since i started Erickson my new start and i got an up and comer but i think its mostly because i too lazy to buy other people anymore i think i got 4 non americans on my team
With the way my youth pulls have been going my team would be garbage without foreigners...although I've had my goalies from the start
My best American goalie is a top-shelf Division III goalie, and that's it. If he were my starter, I'd be letting in 4-7 goals every game, and with my lack of firepower, I'd be losing most of those.
My top USA Goalie is about to move into my #2 position and in 2 season could become my starter.
Maybe if my youth academy would produce a good goalie prospect I would have a new one coming soon...or any goalie prospect because I havent had one in two months
