I have decided to make a bid to host this year's Division II World Championship and play on home ice. While I will do my best to put together a bid, I would like to get some input from the community on this. I already opened the bid for the U.S., which is the only bid thus far (though the other division II u18 national team managers should have received the same notification about the fourteen day deadline). There is a fourteen day deadline.
In the interests of getting the community involved, I will award all the remaining credits on my account (a grand total of 5 credits) to anyone who makes a contribution that I choose to integrate in the proposal. If different people contribute for different parts, then I will divide the credits between contributors (it would be helpful if some managers with spare credits could match my contribution to make the contest more interesting and therefore more likely to result in success).

Whoever makes a contribution will also be listed as an organizing committee memeber (up to 4 people may join), receiving an additional (and probably more substantial) reward in credits directly from PPM.
*Note: if a moderator finds this offer to be somehow impermissible, please reply to this post (and don't delete it), and the offer will be considered to be rescinded. Of course, the reward directly from PPM would still be available in such a case.
**Note 2: I receive requests from newer managers from time to time who are interested in participating with the national teams; for such managers, this will be the best opportunity to do so. Anyone can be chosen as an organizing committe member; applicants needs not have a successful team or have passed a minimum experience threshold.

For the four arenas, I've chosen the arenas for Irresistible Force, Psychos, Razorback Thugs, and High Hitterz. Those 4 are clearly the best arenas in the United States. All of them should be at or close to 20,000 by the time the World Championships arrive.
If any of those four teams wish to have their arena taken off of the bid, then let me know in this thread. If any other team believes that their stadium should have been chosen, then make the argument for me to consider in this thread.

I am the only manager not eligible to win the contest, though I will list myself as an organizer unless at least four people contribute content.
If more than one person contributes mascots and logos, then managers from the United States can vote on them in this thread (if there are not at least 5 votes, then I will just choose one).
Mascots and logos can be uploaded to an image hosting website and the link to the upload can be posted in this thread.

If anyone wants to or is in the process of creating a logo or mascot, then they should let me know by Saturday. Otherwise, if nobody seems interested in this competition (other than perhaps the one person who was interested in drafting a presentation), I will just make the logo and mascot on my own using Microsoft Paint.

I've completed the logo (though I will still consider any other logos submitted to me before day 84 of the hockey season). I will probably have the mascot done by tomorrow.
