Thanks. I'm thinking I may have to face an old foe in Halifax Eagles to go up. I'm hoping that's not the case.
congratulations Lincoln and saint2e !! that was a great season !! goog luck for you in I.1 !!!! hope to see you soon there !!
why am I playing a Relegation/Promotion Game??? I wasn't in the bottom or top of the league what the hell??
The #1 from each league automatically moves up and #17 - 20 automatically move down (replace by the #1's from the lower league). The #2's play the #13 - 16 to decide if any of them will swap.
because you finished 15th after the playoff and you have to play a relegation/qualification game. It happened to me when i was in I.1 in season 1, i finished 14th....
Yeah - 13-16th place after playoffs have to play in that round. Which means you would have had to have won in our series to avoid it.
4 unanswered goals to come back and win the game after going down 2-0 in a matter of 20 seconds, finally my team doesn't choke!
I'm just going to make the playoffs next season to hopefully avoid this fiasco again.

Yeah, as long as I'm in this league, it is fine, I want to go up in the near future, but it's fun still being in a league where you can get promoted to the best league in Canada, but still have teams come and go from the higher leagues and lower ones, makes each season very interesting.
I lost to saint2e.
Time for some serious team re-structuring.
Let's see... 21 players for sale - that's a full team right there!

On Monday, the Patches played Canadiensgg and lost 4-3. However, during the game Sam Sadler got an assist. In doing so, he became the 10th player in Patches history in scoring 100 points on the team (in regular season and playoff/palcement games.)
Players that have past that mark and are still on the team include Webber (151,) Painter (150,) Hayles (138,) Jeremy Ardley (131,) and Keown (125.) Aaron Joyce, no longer with the team, still has the most with 154 followed by Pritchard with 152.
Next closest to the 100 point mark includes Dean Mutch at 94 points and Glenn Bradley at 74 points. Luke Carson of Australia leads non-Canadian Patches with 47 points.
The huge point production came to a halt when both the game engine changed and the Patches promoted to rung II, a more competitive setting where points are harder to attain.
Other news: fired a Malaysian and got a new one to try out with the team.
