Don't worry about the energy man. If the other teams are playing high as well, then when time comes for the big games, we'll have comparable energy. And that's all that matters.
Anyway, I'm thinking we should scout some of their players to see what their energy levels are. I can scout one in 3 days, so it could be late already. can anybody do it in 2?

we made a deal with the Romanians - we're both hoping to conserve energy for the later round and we're both going 'low' today. We'll do the same with the UK if we both clinch a playoff spot today (UK needs to win or Ukraine to lose, we need to win AND Ukraine to lose) so we'll see how it goes.
We're scrambling a bit line-upwise again today - I benched Phillip Hoover yesterday and a few other guys due to low energy and Hoover at least won't probably be back next year (team went inactive). Braswell is also now on an inactive team - the thing which sucks about that is the players all stop training when the team goes inactive so although we can still use them now it's only a matter of time before they lose whatever advantage they had over everyone else.
Hoover was also in a promotion / relegation game yesterday - as was Graham Boston who will also sit today. The system allowed them to play their earlier game and then play with us with a lower effective energy - in Boston's case he lost about 15 or so from the first game so his effective energy by the end of the 2nd game was about nil. I think the Hellraisers should sweep the Pookinators so he should be back tomorrow though.
Elections have opened up - if you're interested in next season go ahead and put your paragraph in. I don't want to be too greedy with this so I'm not going to run 2 years in a row...

good win today. We'll have Graham Boston back tomorrow (the Hellraisers finished their relegation round today)

Looks like the Ukraine beat Bulgaria though I can't see much of that one - so our group is UK 10, Lithuania 9, US 7, Bulgaria and Ukraine both 5
Bulgaria plays Lithuania tomorrow and the Ukraine plays Romania so we really need at least 2 points (overtime win) to cement our spot.
